About Us

Tolas Foundation

Tolaram Ji, started their journey from his home town- Bissau. With his headset determination, lots of hard work and dedication towards his work, he established his business from his hometown to Jaipur - The Capital of Rajasthan.
His son Late Mr. Yogesh Sharma, continued the journey and now Tolaram Ji’s grandsons has taken the responsibility towards the business - Tolas Elevators and also took the initiative to make a foundation named - Tolas Foundation, so that whatsoever they have achieved from the society, they could return back to the society.
We, the members of Tolas Foundation, devote ourselves to the betterment of nature, society as well as the needy people. Our mission is to "guarantee the Earth's ability to support life in all of its diversity."
Rapid population expansion, development, and natural resource restrictions are having serious environmental, social, and economic consequences in several nations in the area. Having a robust NGO community with a defined mandate to involve civil society, industry, and government can assist nations in more effectively addressing these challenges.
It all began as a simple goal for our Tolas Foundation, and today it has evolved into a working environment where people tend to serve the purpose of their faith.

We work towards environmental security by doing the following:-

  • We try to improve the deterioration of the existing condition by adopting the three “R”s policies (recycle, reuse and reduce).
  • A campaign to reduce carbon emissions by utilizing greener and more environmentally friendly renewable energy alternatives.
  • Making certain that the present carbon dioxide level in the surroundings is lower.
  • We are dedicated to the cause of environmental security.

Some ground realities discovered by our NGO, the Tolas Foundation are:-

  • According to the World Health Organization, anaemia affects over one-third of women in India and more than 60 percent of children here.
  • In India, one in every five adolescent males is underweight, and one in two children is malnourished. In a nutshell, approximately 1 in 3 malnourished kids on the planet reside in India.
  • This is why improvements in economic household security are so significant for people living on the edge of survival, according to Manav Kartavya.
  • Lack of awareness may be due to a lack of information, which is sometimes made more difficult by cultural taboos, legends, and fear which can stop people from taking preventive action or visiting doctors.

We, at Tolas Foundation, strive to develop and promote cultural and artistic expression in India as well as try to prevent ill practices like child marriage and child labour.

  • We establish connections between families and social protection programs, allowing them to attend Anganwadi centres and schools.
  • We take measures to ensure that our employees and partners are fully educated and certified on child protection and gender equality, ensuring that the children are protected at all times.
  • Many of our programs and initiatives involve new ways to help children in society, including setting up Children's Groups and Child Welfare Committees in villages, wards, and districts throughout the country.

We also work to make the society de-addict as the addiction rate is consistently rising among the youngsters in India.

  • Drug abuse is more common in youngsters and adolescents than among the general public. This is due to a number of factors, notably because adolescence is a time for experimentation and self-discovery.
  • Among teenagers, drug abuse is frequently linked with specific youth subcultures and lifestyles. According to another report, 13.1% of the individuals involved in drug and substance abuse in India are under the age of 20.

Help Us, Help Yourselves

  • Spreading awareness by connecting with our loved ones and informing them about the situation.
  • Please keep our planet clean by removing garbage in their respective dustbins and not littering.
  • Clean water and clean air is the need of time and we should all strive to keep them in good condition.
  • We, at Tolas Foundation, believe that our planet, Earth, gives us shelter, so it's upon us to give back by taking care of her well-being. We urge you to join hands with us towards environmental security.
  • Remember: If there is no planet, there is no us.
  • Providing food and nutrition to those who have been diagnosed with hunger. Food is the most variable item in a low-income household's budget, therefore not everyone can afford it.

If you share the same vision as us and our project connects with any of your dreams, we urge you to join us and support us in this good work.
