Attempt to Increase Development of Indian Art & Culture
We, at Tolas Foundation, are a non-government organization. We are constantly working towards promoting and helping in the development of Indian Art and Culture.
About Indian Art And Culture
India has been an Art and Culture rich society since the Medieval Period. We have a ton of paintings, scriptures, sculptures, and more extracted from the ground which shows how good Indians were with Art since the ancient days. In addition to this, even in today’s time, we see our elders performing similar rituals that originated in the same old culture.
Now, as we all are moving towards modernization, the art and cultural activities are moving towards the end. For instance, today, we don’t have many schools around which exclusively focus on teaching art. Also, we don’t see many traditional painters around. As a result, children also have limited knowledge and don’t know anything about Indian Art and Culture because they are not told anything about them in the schools or other education centers.
Our steps of increasing development of Indian Art And Culture
To prevent Art and Cultural activities from going extinct, we have come forward. We have taken steps towards promoting our Art and Culture activities in a widespread manner. Furthermore, we cannot only focus on preventing its extinction -- rather, we must also increase participation in these activities.
We are working on ground level to analyze the situation of Art and Cultural activities across the country.
We are promoting different forms of Indian Art and Culture through social media platforms.
We are also taking sessions to increase participation in these activities.
We are also consistently organizing events on a regular basis to attract children and young adults.
We have joined hands with and are working with various schools to promote Indian Art and Culture among the students.
